At Atlantis, we partner directly with vetted manufacturers — cutting out the wholesalers and distributors that drive up retail prices. This factory-direct model means you get premium-quality accessories at honest prices. The trade-off is a longer shipping window than big-box retailers. We're transparent about that, and our 474+ verified customers (4.70★) think the quality is worth the wait.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times reflect our direct-from-manufacturer sourcing model. Because we work with production partners rather than warehouse stock, transit takes longer — but quality control is higher. Estimates below; actual times may vary by location, customs, and carrier.

  • United States: 10–25 calendar days after processing
  • International: 15–45 calendar days after processing

Shipping Costs

  • United States: $4.90 on orders under $50.00. Free on orders $50.00 and over.
  • International: Free on all orders.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking information sent to your email. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, supplier availability or carrier conditions may extend delivery beyond the estimates above. If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum window, contact us at hello@theatlantisstore.com — we'll investigate and make it right. We stand behind every order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, please contact them directly using your tracking information for any lost or stolen package claims.
