Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and internationally. Shipping availability and rates may vary by destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

  • United States: 10–25 calendar days
  • International: 15–45 calendar days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • United States: Free on orders $50.00 and over. Orders under $50.00 ship for $4.90.
  • International: Free on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@theatlantisstore.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
