If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Reporting an issue after 48 hours does not automatically disqualify an otherwise eligible claim under our return policy or applicable law.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
