At Atlantis, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and transparent manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
How We Fulfill Orders Atlantis works with vetted third-party suppliers and manufacturers who ship products directly to our customers. We do not hold physical inventory. This direct-from-supplier model allows us to offer a broad, curated catalog at fair prices. As a result, delivery times may be longer than traditional retailers — please refer to the estimated delivery times below.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
- United States: 10–25 calendar days after processing
- International: 15–45 calendar days after processing
Shipping Costs
- United States: $4.90 on orders under $50.00. Free on orders $50.00 and over.
- International: Free on all orders.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Order Tracking All shipped orders include tracking information sent to your email. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delays & Exceptions Delivery times may vary based on supplier availability and carrier conditions. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order has been handed to the carrier, please contact them directly using your tracking information for any lost or stolen package claims.
